Join us for this full day workshop, as we celebrate Christmas and get a bit festive in the chocolate kitchen, making a treasure-trove of treats for you to take home!
From learning how to decorate and mould beautiful festive figures and candy canes, to baking crisp almond florentines, making festive chocolate salami's, hand-rolling spiced salted caramels and much more. Zara will guide you through this full-day class, teaching you lots of tricks of the trade required for working with chocolate at home.
You will get to package up all your creations at the end of the session, ready to gift to your loved ones at Christmas (or devour yourself before!)
The full-day class also includes a light lunch and refreshments throughout. Please notify us of any dietary requirements when booking, so we can arrange suitable lunch options!
No experience required, but our workshops are best suited to ages 16+
Maximum class size of 4.
Unfortunately this class isn't suitable for those with a vegan or dairy-free diet. Please see our separate full-day vegan workshop, or our 2-hour workshops (most of which are suitable)
