Payment
When ordering online, payment is required upfront in £ (pounds sterling) using paypal (all major cards accepted, and no account needed).
Other payment arrangements are available for large orders, event and weddings orders and wholesale orders.

Ingredients and Allergies
Each item in the online shop has it's ingredients listed for you to see before purchasing, and every item we send also has the ingredients clearly listed. Should any information appear missing, or you have any further queries, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
The online information for each product also lists whether the recipe has nuts, gluten, soya or milk in it. Those which are listed as a recipe 'not containing' any of the above ingredients are not guaranteed to be completely free of said ingredients.
Due to a range of suppliers, and a variety of ingredients used, we cannot guarantee our products to be free from traces of nuts, milk or gluten.
Should a customer choose to purchase from us, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction to traces of products in the chocolates.

Complaints
Whilst we hope you enjoy our products as much as we enjoy making them; if you are unsatisfied with a product or service, please do get in touch with Zara's Chocolates directly on the contact details above.

Refunds
Due to the edible nature of all our products we do not offer refunds as standard. However, should you be unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to to arrange a replacement for you.

Workshops
For late cancellations (within 7 days of the event date), we require a £25 payment surcharge per person when re-booking onto a future date.
